Pump ‘N’ Jump Bouncers is family owned and operated. We provide inflatable rental services. We truly care for the lives our product will be entertaining. Rental Policy

• PNJB rents to adults only.

• PNJB reserves the right to a cancellation that could cause harm to the client(s), riders and or damage to the equipment.

• Balances must be paid in full before setup.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations (other than weather related) must be made 7 days prior to your event.  Weather cancellation must be made 3 hours prior to the event to receive a full refund.  If PNJB shows up for delivery and we are unable to setup due to weather conditions, a delivery fee of $45.00 will be charged.  During periods of severe weather (rain, high winds, etc…), we have the right to cancel your reservation.  If your reservation is canceled by PNJB, we will give you a full refund or credit toward a rescheduled date made by you.  We will not setup equipment in rain, high winds, snow, muddy conditions, unsafe conditions or temperatures below 45°.

Safety Rules

• The unit must be supervised by an adult at all times.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

• Riders must remove footwear, jewelry (watches, earrings, etc), glasses, pens, and other sharp or pointy objects as well as pocket contents before entering.

• No food, drinks, glitter, silly string, toys, pets/animals, or sticky objects (i.e., chewing gum or candy) allowed in the unit.

• Small infants, pregnant women and individuals with physical and mental limitation are not permitted to ride at any time.

• No flipping, fighting, piling-on, wrestling or extreme horseplay allowed in or around unit.

• No bouncing against the side walls, near the entrance.

• No climbing or hanging on the nets and side walls.

• No bouncing or playing close to the doorway of the unit.

• Riders should be grouped by related ages and size.

• No person over 150 pounds allowed inside the unit.

• In case of rain, high winds, or extreme weather all riders must calmly exit the unit.  Once unit is clear, turn blower off and cover blower for safety.

• In case of power failure, all riders should calmly exit unit immediately.

• No one is allowed in the unit while it is being inflated or deflating.

• Unit capacities are average but should never exceed 8 riders for children and 4 for teens.
