Q. How many hours is the rental?
A.
4 hours. If you will need it longer, please do not hesitate
to call for price.
Q. How many
children can bounce at a time in the inflatable jumper?
A. As a general guide line:
Ages: 2
to 8 ....... 8 children (depending on size)
Ages: 9 to 12 ......6 children
Ages: 13 to 16.....4 teens
However
keep in mind that compatible sized children MUST play on the
unit at the same time, REGARDLESS of age. Different sized
children must not be mixed. Please remember, the above is a
guideline only. It all depends on the size of the children,
and how active they are. Toddlers, you can get more in since
they are smaller and less "bouncy. Remember, you want to
keep them safe. If needed, split them into groups.
Q. What kind
of area can an inflatable jumper be setup in?
A. The unit can be setup on level
surfaces. Grass area that is free of debris such as rocks,
stones, sticks, tree limbs, and pet waste. We can also set
up on asphalt or concrete or indoor gymnasiums and other
large indoor spaces. For asphalt and concrete we require a
swept area free of glass, rocks and other debris that might
puncture the equipment. We will use a large tarp under the
inflatable to prevent excessive wear. In addition, we will
secure the jumper with two 40lb sandbags at each corner for
safety. We ask that when older children get in the amount
of children be reduced by half of what is stated above. For
proper clearance, you will need at least a 25x18 area, with
clearance overhead (no power lines, trees, branches,
overhangs, etc.) of 20 feet. A dedicated 120 volt outlet
needs to be within 100 feet of setup. We will supply the
extension cord.
Q. Does the
blower have to run all the time to keep the jumper inflated?
A. Yes, the blower keeps the inflatable
jumper inflated.
Q. How far
in advance do I need to reserve an inflatable jumper for my
party?
A.
ASAP! As soon as you have a confirmed date for your party,
we highly recommend that you book your bouncer for that
date. Don't wait! There's nothing worse than getting your
party organized, then calling up to book a bounce house, and
finding that none are available.
Q. How safe
is an inflatable jumper?
A.
Jumpers are very safe, as long as they are supervised at all
times and the rules enforced. Most people have a
misconception about bounce houses, and think of them as a
"baby sitter." Rent a bounce house, and the adults can be
left alone. WRONG! Most of the injuries are caused by or
happen to unsupervised children. Just as you would not leave
children unattended in a swimming pool, do not leave
children unattended in a jumper. They must be supervised at
all times, and the rules must be enforced! It will keep the
children entertained for hours though, and they will sleep
that night!
Q. Do you
require a deposit?
A.
Yes, there is $50 deposit for reservation. The remainder
will be collected the day of event but before setup.
Q. What
method of payments can I use for rentals?
A.
At this time, we accept cash and checks. Please note that
there is a $35 NSF fee on all returned checks. Checks must
be paid in advance, so it is cleared prior to setup.
Q.
Is there a delivery fee?
A.
We service and deliver to the greater Raleigh, Garner,
Knightdale, Cary, Durham and surrounding areas (limited to
35 miles one way, an additional trip charge may apply).

Q. What time will my rental arrive?
A.
We will arrive at least 45 minutes before the scheduled
event. The Inflatable will take between 25 and 45 minutes to
unload setup and sanitize. Your designated operator
(yourself or someone at the party) will be instructed by our
trained professional on how to supervise the unit. We will
return at the end of the reservation to take down the unit
which will take approximately 30 minutes.
Q. What about cancellations?
A.
Weather cancellation must be made 3 hours prior to the event
to receive a full refund. If PNJB
shows up for delivery and
we are unable to setup due to weather conditions, a delivery
fee of $45.00 will be charged. During periods of severe
weather (rain, high winds, etc…), we have the right to
cancel your reservation. If your reservation is canceled byPNJB, we will give you a full refund or credit toward a
rescheduled date made by you. We will not setup equipment
in rain, high winds, snow, muddy conditions, unsafe
conditions or temperatures below 45°. Safety is our #1
priority!! If you need to cancel due to non related
weather issues please cancel within 7 days of event refund.
